The information provided by respondents of the Flood Vulnerability Assessment for Critical Facilities will remain confidential and will not be shared. In order to conduct the assessment, the data entered will be stored in a secure database at the University of Illinois. The data is only accessible by the project leads at Illinois-Indiana Sea Grant and the Midwestern Regional Climate Center.
The information you provide may potentially be used as aggregate information for project reporting, but no specific information like facility name or address will be identified. An example of an aggregate statement might be; “Eleven critical facilities in Cook County completed the assessment and 25% had two or more high risk factors for flooding.”
